You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused products in their original packaging. Custom-made windows may have different return terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Not be installed or used
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Have proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized windows
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the return period has expired

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.

Installation Services

If you have purchased installation services and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellation fees may apply.
